Please check the sizing guide before you place an order, if in any case you have ordered the incorrect size for your dog you may return the item(s) for a full refund we are currently not dealing with exchanges.
If your product arrives and you are not happy with it for any reason your order may be returned for a refund of the full value of the item(s) purchased. Should you need to return an order please notify us within 7 days of receiving it by emailing [email protected].
Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving them.
Please ensure that your parcel is packed well if possible re use the box your item came in. Please include any missing order information to help us identify the order on return (name, email address, order number). All returned items must be in the exact condition sold with original packaging and tags. Items must be unused, unworn and remain in a re-saleable condition. Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organise to return the items to you at your cost.
You are responsible for the postage costs for the return of your item(s). We cannot be held responsible or liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, we therefore recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when posting your item(s), or send your package with recorded delivery.
